BRN’s network is operated and maintained by a Network Operations Centre (NOC) capable of receiving BRN’s Network alarms and notifications twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and of dispatching maintenance and repair personnel. Most times we are aware there is an issue with your equipment or service before you do.

How and when will I be billed?
BRN bills customer for the current month and the invoices are generated on the first of the month.
